Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 640 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. Acceptance of these terms takes effect immediately upon clicking "Register" or using any platform feature, even without formally creating an account.

The 640 platform is a service offered exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

640 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice and without refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address. 640 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 640 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.

Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. 640 cooperates with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any activity suspected of violating the law.

03

Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 640 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion, where applicable, is the responsibility of the user and their respective bank or payment provider.

Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and local e-Wallets available at the time of the transaction. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the deposit section of your account and is subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated business hours and only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to current policy. 640 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while identity verification or security checks are carried out, where there is reasonable cause to do so.

Bonus funds received through promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. They cannot be withdrawn directly and must be used in accordance with the relevant promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted. All transactions are final and irreversible once processed, except in cases of proven fraud.

  • User found to have more than one registered account
  • Registration information provided is false or inaccurate
